Today was the first time I said 'no' to a foster care placement.

I wasn't very happy about it.
But it was the best decision. The placement was actually just respite for a week, so it wasn't really a placement anyway. It was still hard to say no...
It's the best decision for right now though. Soon we will be gone for spring break. A lot of stuff has been happening in the past few weeks and this coming week is going to be particularly busy too! There's parent/teacher conferences, a new water heater to buy/install, swim lessons, church studies, and just general 're-structuring' after having a newborn here for a week.
I hope I don't have to say 'no' again...
